You schedule a pickup window, place your laundry in your Frenchies tote at your designated handoff spot, and a local Frenchies Washer picks it up. We wash, fold, and return it to the same spot on your scheduled return window — typically within 24 to 48 hours.
Frenchies is launching in Anchorage with a limited pilot. Surrounding areas (Eagle River, Wasilla, Girdwood) will be considered as we expand. Join the waitlist to receive priority access in your area.
Standard service includes wash, dry, fold, and return delivery in your Frenchies tote. Detergent and care are included. You can request fragrance-free detergent or provide your own at sign-up.
Typical turnaround is 24 to 48 hours from pickup to return. Your return window is confirmed when your pickup is confirmed.

Yes — fragrance-free is available on request, and you can save the preference to your account so every order respects it automatically.
Frenchies handles standard wash-and-fold items. Delicate or specialty items can be flagged at pickup; some items may not be eligible (see Service Limitations below).

No. All handoffs are at your designated outdoor or porch spot using your Frenchies tote — clean, weather-conscious, and contactless if you prefer.
That is the point of the tote system — you do not need to be. Leave your tote at your handoff spot at the agreed time and we will do the rest.
You receive a labeled, weather-conscious Frenchies tote. Place your laundry inside at your handoff spot. Your Washer picks it up at the scheduled window and returns it the same way.
Frenchies is built for Alaska. Our totes are weather-conscious, and our Washers communicate proactively if a route needs to be adjusted for safety.

Frenchies Washers are paid per completed order. Full payout details are confirmed during onboarding for the beta network.
Yes — Washers indicate availability windows and we route based on local demand. Capacity flexibility is built into the network.
